By enrolling in and accessing the online classes provided by Aris & Bearares ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "student") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aris & Bearares. By accessing or using our online classes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Training Purposes Only
The online classes and all associated training materials are provided for training purposes only. The content is intended for your personal educational development and skill enhancement.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
All training materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, software, and any other content provided as part of the online classes (collectively, the "Training Materials"), are owned by Aris & Bearares. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Limited License for Personal Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Training Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes in connection with the enrolled online class.

5. Restrictions on Use
You are expressly prohibited from:
• Reproducing, distributing, or sharing the Training Materials in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise) for commercial purposes.
• Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works based on the Training Materials.
• Removing any copyright notices or other proprietary markings from the Training Materials.
• Using the Training Materials to create competing educational products or services.
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access the online classes using your account.

6. Permitted Use for Notes and References
Notwithstanding the restrictions above, you are permitted to copy portions of the Training Materials for your personal notes and reference directly related to your participation in the enrolled online class.

7. User Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and professionally in all interactions within the online classes, including any forums, chat features, or communication with instructors and other students. You shall not engage in any behavior that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or disruptive.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty
While we strive to provide high-quality training, the online classes and Training Materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the online classes will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aris & Bearares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the online classes or Training Materials. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the online classes shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific online class in question.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aris & Bearares, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms of Use or your use of the online classes or Training Materials.

11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Wix website or otherwise communicating them to you. Your continued access to or use of the online classes after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
